A while back this one guy put a preview for a Pinkie Pie platformer up on Youtube, which doesn't sound that impressive except for the fact that it was created in RPG Maker of all things. Now he's back, and by the looks of it he's trying to create some kind of shooter in the same engine. If it is ever completed I expect the gameplay to turn out somewhat like a singleplayer version of Realm of the Mad God, although it's rather doubtful that it will ever be released.
