Ponies Vs Changelings - Release Trailer

The changelings have invaded Ponyville in this fast-paced "Plants Vs Zombies" parody game, and the only thing that can stop them are the mane 6 and their clones! With the mane 6's attacks ranging from a zappy lazer thingie to apul, our heroines must use all of their power to destroy everything that crosses their path. Each attack is most effective under certain conditions, so you'll need to think fast and constantly place your poners to stop the onslaught of changelings in their tracks.

My Little Pony: Harmony Eclipsed - Game Complete!

My Little Pony: Harmony Eclipsed is a highly enjoyable RPG that puts you in the horseshoes of Princess Luna, along with our other favorite colorful horse heroes, on a quest to rid Equestria of an ever-growing dark magic threat. It's a ton of fun, and there's a lot of content here, though it may be challenging at times (~~most likely~~ because I'm bad at games!) I'm around three hours into the game right now, and there's still so much to do!

Story of the Blanks 3D

Story of the Blanks is a classic short creepypasta fangame made in Adobe Flash by Donitz for a game developing contest here at Equestria Gaming over 10 years ago!

ElberthDominguez's 3D interpretation of the game allows you to relive the experience in a new dimension!

The game is currently in beta, so there are some bugs, and the English translation isn't finished, but the whole game can be completed, and there are some neat secrets to discover along the way.

Review: Pony Club (alpha 1.5.4)

Pony Club

Pony Club is an interactive chat room evolved from the PonyDreamMaker app, developed by the (apparently) russian team ManeQuest Project. However, the developers intend to eventually build a full Pony-themed RPG, towards which PonyDreamMaker and Pony Club are the first and second steps. They’ve got a Patreon page if you wish to give them your support, which they most certainly could use.

Remember Servant of Discord, the Zelda-like dungeon crawler that released a beta version a few months back? Development is ongoing, but they've released a raft of screenshots and put out a call for a new programmer. Servant of Discord is a pretty little Zelda-esque game set in a forest temple - and that's the extent of the story for now. Although this beta is rough around the edges, with bumpy collision and a little lag in the online version (at least in my case) it shows a lot of promise, with nice sprite work, mechanics, and soundtrack.

Playing as Twilight, slash enemies to bits with a magic sword or fire spells at them from a distance. Locate the keys and blast your way through to the boss. Good luck!

Fighting the Unknown Trailer pt. 2

MLP RPG: Fighting the Unknown

From the looks of it the second half of MLP:Fighting the Unknown's trailer was released on the 9th, but due to my forgetting to check my email inbox this post is a tad late. Sorry! Anyhow, by the looks of it Fighting the Unknown is yet another fangame created with the RPG maker game, and unlike some of its prettier companions (such as Pony Chronicles The Lost Kingdom) it is actually available to the public. Unfortunately I cannot compare it gameplaywise to the other released MLP RPG, The Elements of Harmony, as I have not played either game yet, but you can expect a review of Fighting the Unknown fairly soon.

Pony Chronicles Update

It seems Pony Chronicles has come a long way since we first posted on it during Pon-E3 2012. Today marked their second trailer release, showcasing the game so far and some of the beautiful original music. A while ago, a release date was set for late 2012/early 2013, so it hopefully we won't be in for a long wait!
